Our Standard Terms and Booking Contract
Theme nights -
If you do not have a theatrical theme Jacquelene and or
her team in the
practice of arriving in attire suitable to the atmosphere, guests, and setting.
Whether it's a smart casual, corporate style, or haute couture we match the
event.
But if you have he theme we have the outfits and the
props!
If your party has a theme, we really know how to light up
your night with our unique readings style and atmosphere!
On sufficient prior notice at an extra cost, have a wide selection of costume
themes in which we can appear from Witch to Medieval Gothic, Celtic Druids,
Egyptians to Arabian nights,
Wild Wild West, Roaring 20s, to Gypsy to name just
a few. With prior arrangement, the presentation of the tables from which we work
on the night can also be styled in theme to suit,
creating a truly magickal
atmosphere. If your party has no theme, we will come appropriately dressed to
suit the occasion whether it is a conference, a party at home or a black tie
event.

What Jacquelene and her team offer...
Readings
We can send you anywhere from one psychic to as many as
six according to the size of your party and your requirements,
using tea and
coffee cups, numerology, palmistry, runes, tarot and etc. Our readings styles
and natural talent are almost unlimited.
Pampering
We can also also provide one to three of our other team members to pamper your
guests with:-
Foot spa & Foot Massage
A great way to relax your tired feet, firstly with a foot spa and an
Aromatherapy foot scrub, finishing off with a massage. Also includes nail polish
for your toes!
Hand Massage
Start off with a light scrub, massage with
luscious hand & nail cream, also includes a nail treatment oil.
Back & Shoulder Rub
Release all the tension in your shoulders and upper back (on top of clothing).
Or relax and rejuvenate with Reiki
Energy healing for calm, peace and revitalisation ( on top
of clothing)
How to book
How a booking with us works:-
We can appear for a minimum of two hours for one of our
team members, or one hour for two of our team.
Once you have selected which type of service you want, you
can either...
A. You can book online or phone to discuss. Or you can see our events
fees and info here on the website and send us a filled in
booking contract with payment.
Or,
B. Let
us know the details of your event and we will send you a quote using the
enquiry form on this
page.
Once you have accepted the quote, and payment is made we can secure the date for
you.
Note we book our dates on a "first in best dressed" basis and do not hold dates
tentatively.
This means that to secure your requested date we require you to
read, fill in, sign, and post, fax or email
your booking contract along
with full payment in advance which you can make online or call us for details.
By
proceeding with a booking you agree to be bound by the conditions of our
standard terms and booking contract.

By prior arrangement, you can also choose to have shorter
readings for the group and add in a mini workshop on any of the following

How do I find out your prices for my event?
You can either
book on the online booking

separate quote if you need help or for events outside the
suburbs.
How do you charge?
Two
prices structures are available for events bookings with us. Each system suits a
different type of group booking, according to the number and duration of
readings expected at the event.
These systems are:-
A. The Appearance Fee System
This works best for events with larger numbers of guests where a 5 or so minute reading is optimal.
This is most suited for events with a high number of guests, or a corporate event or function. The one flat rate is paid for the total appearance. We complete as many readings as possible within the booked time, but cannot guarantee providing every single guest with a reading. We can extend the time depending on other commitments however the requested extended time must be paid for in cash prior to the extra time commencing.Optional extras:-

Costumes:- Only applicable where you have a themed event some themes are free.
Travel costs:- Not applicable for Melbourne Metro area or within 30 kms of Whittlesea.
Meals - Only applicable for events appearances over 3 hours in duration.
B. The Unite Price System is ideal for a group of friends at home, each guest has a much longer reading of 12minutes to one hour each. The User Pays System accommodates the request of each guest who can choose how long they want their reading to go from 20 minutes to 1 hour each.
We complete individual readings according to the amount of time each guest has booked and paid for. You either get them all to pay online individually or you collect all fees in advance from guests for their individual readings and send this total to us in advance notating which guests have paid and what amounts. We calculate the number of psychics required to fulfil your request and appear at your event. Where more than one psychic is in attendance at your event, guests may not choose which psychic they will see, receiving their reading from the next available psychic.The Unit Price System is best for large parties with multiple psychics or parties at home or small gatherings of a few friends where you either want to have readings that are longer than party readings.
What does your fee cover?
Our rates are extremely reasonable for the
performers in the entertainment industry, and considering psychics of our
experience, natural talent and calibre, and media exposure, and value adding to
your event or special occasion. These fees take the following into account and
cover:
Appearing at your event as well as preparation time for
your event and recovery/ ‘down time’ after appearing and working at your event
Travel time, accommodation, travel costs to and from your
event
The natural talent, honed skill, years of training and
experience that is required for a professional psychic to be able to complete
multiple consecutive readings exposed for hours on end to a large number of
guests in a party or "nightclub-pub" environment
Any energy clearing that we may have to do before, during,
or after your event either on the event or for ourselves
Our years of extensive experience and professionalism in
providing accurate and entertaining readings, talks and seminars in party,
corporate, media, and new age environments for some of Australia’s most
prestigious companies and events
How many psychics do you have?
A team of up to six psychic professionals
including Jacquelene can be arranged for your function, all experienced in
providing corporate and party readings for some of Australia’s most prestigious
companies and events.
Respected in our field, each of us have an international client base, and
excellent reputations as readers. More information on each psychic professional
is available on booking.
How many readings can be done at my event?
So long as you allow enough time and psychics or book under the unit price
system, we can perform readings in your own home for 4 to 100 people.
We often cover events with guests up to 1000 people but will not be able to do
1000 readings in a short party event.
Our minimum booking time is 2 hours or 2 psychics for 1 hour.
What do you need?
Our requirements- It's a very simple list, we don't require 300 blue smarties and a green room on arrival, but we do require:-
A clean jug or large bottle of water and drinking glass, any psychic constantly talking throughout events requires this
A backdrop behind the psychic (we now provide this at no extra cost for up to two psychics), or a separate room to work in
3 Chairs, and a table to work from -dinner table height - whether it is a card table or as otherwise provided
A quieter area to work in, please ensure the psychic is not forced to shout over top of music or sound to guests, this causes vocal distress for the psychic and guests who cannot hear the readings given
A well lit environment, we need to be able to see the tarot cards or palms of the people we are providing readings for
If booking us for more than 3 hours, please ensure the performer has rest breaks and is offered a meal, we also suggest that you have more than one psychic for events of 200+ guests or where you want 3 hours or more of readings
Free and unhindered entry for load in prior to our booked appearance
Adequate car parking or directions to parking If the event is in a private building with no near by suitable parking for the length of our stay.
Adequate crowd control - You need to provide the psychic with a safe, comfortable and suitable working environment and the security to leave the event unhindered at the conclusion of their appearance. The safety, comfort, and suitability of a working environment is to be determined at the sole discretion of the psychic appearing at the event.We will need someone from your party to assist to us leave unhindered at the end of our performance if paying an appearance fee- If paying unit price, we leave immediately on completing all ticketed readings.
*For public speaking appearances please also provide access to photocopying of notes to give to attendees.
Tax Invoices Your contract forms your tax invoice when paid, and can be kept for your company records

What happens in the readings?
Members of our team are available singularly or in a group of up to four to give readings at parties and events for your guests. (Minimum two hour payment).
Engagements can include readings only, or we can add in a demonstration with fun psychic exercises that even the most serious corporate gurus enthusiastically join in.

Reading styles available- Crystal ball, tarot, palmistry, clairvoyance, as well as: colour readings, face readings, dreams, pendulum, psychic art, psychometry, photos, sand readings, tea leaves, runes, magical and business advice on request. We will colour your party with a magickal atmosphere and our quirky readings style which tend to enthral guests with crowds of guests cueing to sit with us at our table, with obvious excitement and enthusiasm with plenty of 'oohs' and 'ahhs' of guests who talk on for hours later between themselves about how accurate their readings were, while we also keep the readings positive and upbeat in this environment.
Keeping it upbeat:
In a party environment, we naturally avoid the discussion of sensitive issues such as health or hot potato topics.
These are matters we normally discuss with clients in private 'one to one' hourly appointments and outside a party environment.
We leave these matters out of party readings to ensure an up-beat atmosphere. It’s entertaining but real readings on your evening of evenings.
Please note:- We ask that you do not seek to provide us with information about guests to ‘help’ with readings or as part of your events 'floor show' entertainment as an example.
As professional psychics:-
A) This is not required and would hinder and demean our work
B) Shows you have a disrespect of our skills
C) We will refuse to attend or perform where this is a requirement or specification of your event..For smaller groups 4-6 people:
We can come to you and complete readings of no less than 30 minutes each to one hour each person, (with a minimum booking or payment of 2 hours). Note that by prior arrangement, you can also and add in a mini workshop by paying for an extra 30 mins to 1 hour (see below information about mini workshops).
For intermediate groups of 10-50 people:
Readings will be around 5 to 10 minutes each, these authentic but short party readings generally cover a basic character reading and one or two basic questions for which future trends and predictions are made. (Minimum booking 2 hours). By prior arrangement, you can also choose to have shorter reading time for the group and add in a mini workshop (see below information about mini workshops).
For larger groups of 100-1000 people:
Readings will be around 2 - 5 minutes each to provide a party atmosphere with multiple psychics where necessary. These authentic but short party readings cover a basic character reading and one basic question only for which future trends and predictions are made. (Minimum booking 2 hours). Your choice of "roving" or "stationary" readings performance or both.
What makes you different?
It's not only what we do for your event...it's also what we don't do!
We do not push for sales for private reading appointments at later dates with your guests.
After all that is not what we are at your event for...And, nothing turns us off more than hard sales at inappropriate times and places...
So we figured you probably feel the same way...
We do, where you agree or request it, hand out our reading sheets with special discount offers to help move guests on after their reading, especially where they push for a much longer reading than the booked time and event requirements allow.
However, our primary aim in appearing at your event to do readings is to do just that...appear at your event and entertain your guests with our unique and authentic readings.Besides, we really do not have time or the need to push for follow up readings with your guests, after all, it is your event we are appearing at not ours. We are comfortable letting our work speaks for itself.
We also won't promote or advertise that we have worked for you, nor put it up on our website as to where we are booked for an event because we believe in being completely discreet.
So, for psychics with integrity and a breath of fresh air in events bookings, give us a call!What we don't do at parties:- do not ask us to hold a séance for you, these are usually held by people with little to no real knowledge of the subject who place themselves and their friends in quite serious danger. The more experienced a psychic or medium, the less likely they will advocate séances at all. A mediumship reading is a different thing, and it should also be noted that mediumship is not offered in party environments by us. We offer medium readings privately only. After all, how much fun is it going to really be at your party if the guest of honour who requested to feel the connection with their passed over loved one that night through a medium reading actually - publicly - and intimately got exactly what they asked for? Yes, one the major mistakes some groups make is assuming and quoting

publicly
promoting fees
involving the
psychic before ever contacting any psychics.
Please speak to us
before quoting for us to avoid disappointment.

Some events we volunteer our time or gift certificates for our services for giveaways (for free) to charities and causes in our local areas of either South Yarra, CBD, and Whittlesea and a 30km radius of Whittlesea. We also donate for causes outside of these areas that we feel guided to do so.
